SACRAMENTO, Calif. — The GRIN team is proud to announce our inclusion into the 2022 class of Great Place to Work-Certified™ companies.
We couldn’t have this honor without an incredible team dedicated to delivering a first-class experience to our customers and each other. And on May 17, we’re excited to celebrate Certification Nation Day with the community of people-first organizations across the U.S.
Brian Mechem, president of GRIN, is proud of the work environment he and CEO Brandon Brown have created since founding the company in 2014.
“I’m fortunate to work hands-on with so many of our teams day to day, and I think the culture those teams have helped build is accountable, high performing, super fun, and really leans into the core values that Brandon and I envisioned from day one,” he says.
Great Place to Work (GPTW) Certification™ is recognized worldwide by employees and employers alike and is the global benchmark for identifying outstanding employee experiences.
